My name is Derek Packard, president of DV
Studios. A number of years ago, I produced a
powerful 30 minute evangelistic video entitled,
Are You Going to Heaven?
This presentation succinctly educates the viewer
on how he or she can get to heaven from a
Biblical perspective. Many pastors have
remarked, "it's the best gospel presentation
I've ever seen". But that's not why you
should read the rest of this short message.

During the spring of 2005, I felt impressed by the Holy
Spirit to conduct a nationwide test on the
Internet that revolved around people being able
to watch Heaven online,
for free.
To do this,
I developed a unique search engine
advertising strategy for “searchers” that typed
in the words: suicide, death, or bible. A small
percentage of the “searchers” clicked on one of
the
sponsored ad
links that I provided. |

To my amazement,
in my one month test,
over 80,000
people clicked on one of my ads and read my
personal
landing page
message .
34,000 of these
clicked and watched the
Heaven
video online that month.
That's right, I shared the gospel with over
30,000 people in one month. That is how the
ShareHeaven ministry project got started.
And that's why I need a couple of minutes of
your time.

While the test was running,
I received
hundreds of
emails. Many gave their heart to the
Lord. Many more had apologetics questions. I
know from experience that with some tweaking I
could have had over 100,000 people watching that
video every month!!
But frankly, I don't think the Lord has called
me to do that. I know from experience that a
single nationwide ministry like mine will have
very limited contact with people who live in
your city. I'm a local church guy. And I
could tell from my test that these people needed a local church
